About Us
Edible Blessings LLC (Custom Cakes & Desserts) is a 100% female owned, licensed and insured mobile/online bakery business serving Jacksonville, FL, surrounding counties, and continental US (via shipping). It was originated in 2002 by the owner and head custom baker, Juanita Jones, as a solution to a problem – to find a special, one-of-a-kind custom cake for her sons’ 2nd birthday that wasn’t the average “cookie-cutter” grocery store cake. Surprisingly, no one could assist, and always being highly creative, she took matters into her own hands by making the cake herself, and Edible Blessings was born.
We specialize in all things SUGAR! Everything from custom made 3D cakes to classic desserts such as cupcakes, dessert cakes, etc; from small to large crowds.Additional services include complete dessert table ensembles, hands-on classes, & full service event planning. Our motto is “our location is our customers’ location!” We offer nothing less than the BEST, as all items are made to order for the sake of quality assurance. We look forward to serving you!
