Edible Blessings LLC (Custom Cakes & Desserts) is a 100% female owned, licensed and insured mobile/online bakery business serving Jacksonville, FL, surrounding counties, and continental US (via shipping). It was originated in 2002 by the owner and head custom baker, Juanita Jones, as a solution to a problem – to find a special, one-of-a-kind custom cake for her sons’ 2nd birthday that wasn’t the average “cookie-cutter” grocery store cake.
